| I agree the original ones don't look bad. The problem I faced was once you remove them one or twice, the plastic ones start to separate. I was driving and the top and bottom separated and came apart. |

I finally got sick of the cheap plastic checker bonnet plates and replaced with real alloy checker bonnet plates from New Defender Mods. Much nicer and easy to install with a manual rivnut tool.
