Real Alloy Checker Bonnet Plates Installed
I finally got sick of the cheap plastic checker bonnet plates and replaced with real alloy checker bonnet plates from New Defender Mods. Much nicer and easy to install with a manual rivnut tool.

They do look better for sure. Although l don't find the plastic ones too offensive.

I agree the original ones don't look bad. The problem I faced was once you remove them one or twice, the plastic ones start to separate. I was driving and the top and bottom separated and came apart. 22 Defender 110 X-Dynamic SE
