Mine got sorted with a new turbo actuator, but it could be a few probs as said above.

I had a very similiar issue and this was the solution.

I fitted one of these into the passenger side seat box and just close the door on the wires when the charger is connected. Work fine without causing any damage to the door seals.

The mirrors that came with my Optimil Mirror Arms were from Britpart. I had to completely replace one after I accidentally over tightened the screw.
