If the caliper is rubbing the rear face of the steel wheels couldn't you fit some wheel spacers to move it further out?
The offset you have is lower than the stock wheels so that seems to be your iss ... |

i own 90 D200 and did last week a land rover experience course with the 110 P400E.
Both are very good off road, no doubt about that.
I did the balancing of power from the diesel better than the P400 ... |

Did the remap from D200 tot D300, and makes a very big differance for me. A D200 is not slow, but my 90 is now really a fun car to drive also on road, overtakes and short sprints are awesome.
