| Exactly the 90 is 1/4 ton lighter than the 110 and my SWB feels like it would pull quite happily at 1500+ rpm but it seems the rev hang feature is set up to assist in swapping cogs once the road speed ... |

Gus, it would seem from your findings that 4th/5th gear doing 80kmh is where you want to be and not in 6th ? 6th is to high for that speed.

Hi Pete,
I just corrected my last post, realised I was out by a gear 4=5 etc 
I think 2500rpm in 5th equates to roughly 90kph or 55mph, haven't hit 2500rpm in 6th yet!
