If you have a nanocom or similar check if ecu thinks you are in high or low, and if the clutch is up or down.

Hi had something the same turned out to be the switch on top of the clutch pump was leaking take of the plug and check it for fluid

As above. It sounds like either the clutch position switch is faulty or you have air in the switches orifice. To check, unplug the switch and go for a drive. The ECU will no longer modulate the RPMs when the clutch is used. The anti-stall will not work, but you can continue unhindered.
