I was just having my breakfast, and opened up this thread - big mistake.

Seeing all these RED painted recovery points is making my stomach turn 😊 😊

Btw - on a more serious note have you checked the ratings on those screw in towing eyes before using them as recovery point? They’re typically designed just for on road towing, not for off road recovery. So I’d check their designed use and rating before using them in any off-road recovery situations, especially as Land Rover have gone to the trouble of making available the correctly designed and rated off road recovery points available.

Seeing any painted recovery points is bad news.
Like when you went to LR shows years ago and all the NATO hitches from the "enthusiasts" "anoraks" were painted red. 110 D250 SE HT

As already mentioned previously Whistle 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile
