good morning

Here I finally received the h4 led bulbs, I set up but I have a problem with adjustment. when I follow the adjustment method which says to be at 5.5 inches at a distance of 10m. I measured the height of the headlights at the level of the bulb and transferred the dimension to a metal garage door, put a tape strip all along and made the height adjustment by raising 5.5 inches lower. but by applying this setting the headlights are too high. I think I'll have to do with a tuning device. I would follow up
