Alive Tuning recommendations?
Assuming I am successful enough on eBay over the next weeks, I will be ordering an Alive remap as an early Christmas prezzy (to me Smile)

As Gary will ask me what I want and I will be clueless (apart from screaming "everything" - probably in a girly voice) can anyone briefly tell me their experiences with their remaps (economy, speed, acceleration, torque etc.) and what they are good for? I know I can't have everything so a few wise words would be very welcome.

Cheers
Matt Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

Go for it ZeDefender and you will have a much more driveable defender, as it should have come from the factory. It really depends what you have done as regards to exhaust and intercooler etc. You get a custom remap for your specific needs. Inview of the fact I am still in warranty, the map I got was related to standard components that can easily reverted back to standard.
With regard to performance within reason you will have more power, torque and economy. I have got to add that the map I received from Gary had NO flatspots, this alone made me well pleased. Thumbs Up
