Hi Marco, I have just done the same as you and ordered from JLR direct, (just incase, as my clock works kind of but as a spare
 )
I would of used bear mach.es no probs, but sometimes they tell me not in stock, after its in stock on website (not the first time I had this) Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing. 5 months after starting the search I found it, and here is the details |

Maybe that is to set the time zone on your analogue clock

They got back to me due to short supply they are restricting the clocks to only people that have the correct vehicle. Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing.

Always been the case for most parts for Limited Edition vehicles.
You could always give them a VIN  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Happy my post may have help you 
I received my new clock yesterday, indeed it's in aluminium. (It should fit perfectly in my Def  )
In case you still want black one, i think you can unmount / change aluminium bezel quite easily ... (They also asked me my VIN...) |
