Twisted 16" rims fitted
These were purchased off the new owner of my old Seirra Leone 110 
I have new 285/75/16 BFG KM3 Muds waiting to be picked up and fitted I have done 5000 miles since purchase It has now gone to the garage for the niggles to be fixed Rear shocks knackered so New fox shocks supplied Fuel tank breather leaking so new one supplied Investigate spluttering at 2k for first 5/10 miles, blowing warm air on climate and no AC. Replace worn passenger side wiper wheel box Wire in new fancy LED rear spot lights. 4 weeks of no defender and a estimate of £2200 for the work, the mechanic text me today saying it'll be back this Friday, I cannot wait as Ive missed driving one so much!

Hi its still not back after 5 weeks! mechanic had to take some time off due to family issues
hoping it'll be back next week. its no fun not having my defender around! Some progress pics
Fuel tank breather was like a colander! 12 splits in it no wonder it was like the Exxon Valdez on my drive after I brimmed it so new pipes fitted now. new swivel seals to replace leaking ones. fox shocks are now fitted! he's currently doing the injector seals and investigating the spluttering at start up for the first 5 miles then it goes away plus a full service wire up the fancy new rear LED cubes I fitted before it went to his garage. Im really hoping to get it back next week after 4 bloody months sat in his garage   Then I can go to North Wales for a biking weekend and pick up my new 285/75/16 BFG KM3 which a forum member is kindly holding for me

Its been back a week now yay!
but the spluttering is still there when its a cold start, it even cuts out on occasion, so I'm suspecting glow plugs so im ordering a set and installing those. aside from that it drives beautifully on the new bushes and fox shocks! I am going to North Wales on 21st October to pick up a set of 285 75 16 BFG KM3's from a forum member then a weekends mountain biking around north Wales  I plan to drive the Horseshoe pass etc. 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

Would be surprised if it's glow plugs. Mine was run for god knows how long with a blown glow plug fuse and it started/ran fine.
Glow plugs only help it first fire. As soon as it's running the fuelling is adjusted in the map based on inlet temperature. Have you done the VCV on it? > 110 XS Double Cab > Instagram @simonlanemind |

Had a MTB weekend in North Wales and had a enjoyable weekend, picked up some 285/75/16 KM3 while there and had em fitted yesterday afternoon, they look great!
still has its spluttering issue when its had a cold night parked up, but haven't had time to investigate yet im in the home run of a major house refurb and about to move into it then I can begin my workshop build! Only major addition I need to find is a full SD external roll cage
