The manifolds look the same as mine before I cut 3 bolt flanges off. I replaced them with 2 bolt. Smaller and easier to turn to the right position before welding. The 3 bolt wouldn't even fit in mine so I don't know how you managed that Bow down I would have thought the chassis rails were the same distance apart Confused Looking good though mate I like the red gauges Thumbs Up Citroen 2CV. These manifolds fit well, just needed the flange fettling. The fact that they fit is porbably down to the box being smaller than your ZF one.

Was a bit risky at first with the red but its works well for me. Luke Marsden

Oh yeah, fair point. I better make sure prop angles are going to be ok then.

Will be finishing off the exhaust this weekend *touch wood*

Will get a proper video of the car after that. Luke Marsden

Well, the engine has got to come back out. For those that follow my instgram you will already know this but, it looks like the rear main seal has gone pop

Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry

So tonights task will be pulling the engine out and inspecting it.

Does give me an opportunity to tidy a few lines and such up though. Got to look on the bright side afterall.... Luke Marsden

I'm no expert Rolling with laughter but do you know the reason the seal popped out? I would have thought that a pressure build up in the engine caused it? If this was the reason what could cause that? Have you considered this? As I say I'm no expert but just changing the seal may not be the answer. Neutral Citroen 2CV. (Written off)
