Well 7 months on I am still very happy with my choice. There is a little more road noise I think, but it's a defender so hard to tell really Laughing

Not had a chance to get off road yet so cannot comment on that.

Only negative is they are heavy and I decided to get a mantec wheel carrier to save the rear door as it wobbling more than it was.

WRT off roading my brother-in-law has the same tyres on his 110 and he had no problem towing a 3.5 tonne caravan around the interior of iceland.

Check out this video:

Km1,2,3s are a good off road tyre. We run them in 285.75, 255.85 and 235.85s. Good road manners that have improved with evolution of the tyre.

Kos are the better tyre for most uses and surprisingly good off road. 285.75 and 235.85s have been popular with us. We run driver trg vehicles on ats. Cheers

James

If only they made KO AT’s in a 255/85 R16 it would be a perfect world. why don’t they do that ?
