Mine did the very same
The radio has nothing supporting it at its rear when inserted and the weight of it bouncing up & down unsupported results in cracks then breaks in the bezel
I reinforced mine in the reverse of it with two part epoxy, it lasted roughly a year
When I re do it, I’m going to figure out a support for the back of the radio unit to hopefully give me more time
Finding them new is a challenge, I gave up Thumbs Up My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years.

I was told they stopped making them. I put mine on eBay when I converted mine to double din and it sold for a ridiculous amount.

The radio should have a rubber spigot screwed into the back of it which goes through the oval hole in the plastic cover behind the dash to support the rear of it.

Sadly most aftermarket radios no longer come with the screw in rubber bit.

Have you considered plastic welding it using a soldering iron, staples to sink into the join then a zip tie to fill in any gaps and holes.

It could then be sanded smooth and either re sprayed or even wrapped black.

You tube can help you there. It’s something I have dabbled with and you do get better with practice.

Good luck.

Thumbs Up
