Insurance Woes; Urgent Help Needed

Greetings All,

To my dismay, I got a letter from A-Plan yesterday, telling me my insurance can’t be renewed (ends in a couple of weeks) as Aegis has stopped insuring Land Rovers and Range Rovers. I’ve been with them for 5 years, without claims, so it’s very disappointing to have been dropped this way.

My 90’s been modified, the biggest mod being removal of the rear seats to have storage drawer and chests fitted. This single mod has meant Churchill couldn’t insure it and LV’s website said I’ve had too many mods done (LED lights, removable steering wheel, double DIN dash etc, so nothing major!)!

I’d really, desperately, welcome some help! If you’ve got a modified Defender insured in London, can you kindly post some names / websites / numbers please?

Adrian Flux could be handy?

I used to have sports card and modified cars with them?

Green light are excellent with modified cars. NFU are who I’m with, they weren’t bothered with a few mods.
