Fuel filter bolt size?

I have recently got hold of and refurbished a fuel filter cover.
But I don’t have the bolt.
The captive nut is still in place.

Does anyone know what size the original bolt was?

2006 Defender 110 Td5 USW Zermatt Silver

It’s not a normal bolt it’s a wing nut headed thing. Not just a standard thread size bolt.
