I'm really happy with mine too.
A bit of a thread revival but but thought I'd post this to show others TMD have a 25% off or similar offer on these right now. Definitely is an improvement on standard, in fact I found my standard factory assembly was broken and I didn't know. The nylon plastic ball joint had cracked, without disassembly you wouldn't know. I wondered why I had poor gear changes, went to grease the system and only then did I find it was broken. At the time it was replace Genuine vs Shift R, I went for the latter and it's been brilliant.
