It looks great.

Thinking out loud, it seems all the options only have a 2" or 2.5" single pipe, is that enough? It just seems a bit small...

I've got a 3" exhaust on mine and it is a bit loud, probably too loud (MOT advisory last time)

I like the idea to twin exhausts, I'm considering adapting a p38 system.

I guess flow rate idnt that significant as we want torque rather than hp, but it must improve flow.

Did you notice the difference when you went 3"?

Yes, it sings at above 4000 rpom, but is a bit sluggish below that. I should have perhaps stayed with the 2.5" system I had previously, but I upgraded to John Eales Dakar manifolds at the same time.

I toyed with the idea of twin exhausts and adding an exhaust valve like the F-type so that the second exhaust was only used when full throttle. Vacuum operated exhaust valves were available from Ferraris on ebay, but I didn't have easily accessible vacuum manifold to operate them.

Cheapo chinese knock offs now available on ebay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Car-2-5inch-Exh...SwB21es4iB

That's a very interesting thought, and a good insight.

There are a few options for valves including using one of these:

Great food for thought, thanks.
