Yes the inner door thing...I've searched and seen the reference to Travall, but there's nothing on their website.

I'm wondering whether I can dismantle a metal dog crate and use a panel with a door in it to fashion an inner door from. It'll need the side edges bending at right angles to provide a door gap and then use some U bolts to fix inside the body.

The current lockdown might give me the time to have a go.


Have you tried Barjo?

Yes looked at Barjo they don't do anything like rear door

If you are still looking I may be able to help; I have found these if you think they will work? You would need to get some standard bolts to fit them as I don’t have the LR ones.

I’ve a feeling those brackets are for the 90 not the 110. The pics below are from the 110 fitting instructions.
