|All going wrong at Duckworths?|
Having spent many, many hundreds of pounds with Dan at Duckworths I was hoping they would be able to maintain their high standards once he had left.
Sadly it appears not. Having ordered another few hundred pounds worth of parts a fortnight ago nothing has arrived.
I managed to speak to the parts manager who told me the parts were 'on hold' but would be with me by Tuesday and if not he would call to let me know.
As you have probably already guessed, no parts and no phone call. Having called Duckworths several times, each time the parts manager is not available and has still not phoned me back.
Sadly this will be the last time I use Duckworths. It is amazing how one person can make an organisation and how quickly they are missed.
Is anybody else experiencing the same?
