I have one of those and it’s very good... not sure I paid that much though... Building a 110 expedition vehicle, pictures can be found: @steve_overland on Insta.

I've had a Laser 3736 tool for a few years now, performs faultlessly and makes easy work of all tasks.

get one with long handles as some of the nuts are hard to compress

I have a cheap and nasty one. I'd strongly recommend following the advice of those above. Big Cry

I needed one to fit new mudguard brackets,

Cheap and cheerful plus under the car without being jacked up it worked fine? Wear some gloves and I used an old tea towel round the handle to squeeze as much as I can...

A year later the Mudguard brackets are still on Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

In my experience never buy aluminium rivnuts, they strip too easily, corrode and and can come loose. Phil

Totally agree, alloy rivnuts should only be used for fitting small lightweight items and/or to alloy panels where you don't want a mismatch of materials.

I always use steel rivnuts (hence my recommendation of the tool above) and assumed others thought the same. ONE LIFE, GET IT!

I have one similar bought in Aliexpress around 1 year ago.
Quite good results but be carefully with the tool force to do not damage the rivnut.

Cheers! Eduardo
