Czech Republic 1999 Defender 130 Td5 HCPU Baltic Blue
Machining the hole in casing, adding a sleeve a slightly machining the shaft is not so hard work. I was able to do it at home with small mill and lathe. I think, it is the only right solution. Oval hole in casing also means change in gear teath position. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "BlufĂnek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo Smile

The case needs a small step machined into it and I took a couple of mm off the end of the Intermediate shaft.
