Just looked it up.

Manchester NCP Deansgate over 5 Hrs £25.00

I don't usually carry 25 pound coins in my pocket Rolling with laughter

One of the jobs was to look at the service yard in the Renaissance Hotel next door so it sort of made commercial sense to park close by. Found out afterwards that they would have let me park in the yard. This used to happen a lot.

£25 a day. I know people who would cycle from Birmingham to Manchester if it meant paying out that for a Car Park Shocked

It's quite scary. Mind, train from Norwich to London is well over £100 for an anytime return. Not much cheaper to choose the trains at peak time.
