It looks very good to me, I’m a nightmare when it comes to paintwork, no patience whatsoever n that’s no good when paint is involved 2015 HT XS 90

The primer was put on with rattle cans and the blue paint was put on with a brush Clayton.

Great paint job there pal, and neat little upgrade, sometimes you just have to test things out. I did a lot of that back in the metro days. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

I put a wanted in the for sale section for some door stay's and a big thank you to pj2106 for coming to the rescue
The door was not staying open anymore unless you were facing down hill 
so i started to change them over and found out why the door was not staying open, the first pic is the metal arm that attaches to the door and after 23 years the bearings were a little worn as in the newer one there was no movement or gaps .......  Click image to enlarge Then i undid the the metal bit that holds onto the bearing part and had a closer look as this is what i found .... Click image to enlarge 
So that is what it looks like after 23 years of use, very worn indeed
With the 2 newer pieces fitted, i can say that the door stays open now Clayton.

As it was going to be a day of rain, we were up our store splitting reed for our next ridging job and i took full advantage of the space where there was no farm implement, Millie looked well at home there
