Well it's all official with Forward Assist https://www.forward-assist.com/, we've had a meeting today and they are fully on board and raring to go. The event is now full but we will be taking reserves if anybody is still interested.

I have just sent out an email to all those that have registered, the event is now full but we are taking reserves if anybody still wants to add their name.
We are trying to get some items donated so that we can hold a raffle in aid of Forward Assist, the tin Land Rover model you can see me holding in a previous post will be up as a prize but if any suppliers or anybody for that matter that has anything that would be an interesting prize for a bunch of Land Rover owners, please get in touch. Hi rockster57, I know there is going to be camping but unfortunately I can't give you any details at the moment as it is being handled by the guy that runs Kielder campsite, and he is away on holiday at the moment as the site is closed for the off season. I would say there will be a quiet area as Kielder campsite is quite strict on noise. As soon as I have details I will be emailing everybody who has registered.

Hi Pat, these are the preliminary plans but they won't be far off, on the day please meet at the campsite behind the Anglers Arms Pub in Kielder village. NE48 1ER, by 10:30 latest for an 11 prompt o’clock start. Follow the signs to Kielder castle and you will find a marshal guiding you into the carpark. As you arrive into Kielder you will also encounter participants for the classic car run, the tractor run as well as members of the public. Please drive carefully around the area.
