I have some Autoglym rubber care in my garage but don’t know if that will be effective?

That will certainly help and you can apply it with a cloth so you don’t get overspray anywhere and it will help the doors from sticking in the cold weather, put it on a couple of times and it will preserve the seals Thumbs Up 2015 HT XS 90
