Just to keep this thread alive here are a couple or 7 more photos.
About 10 years ago I acquired a couple of pallet loads of certainly 50 (probably more) year old 6"x 2" teak, it's lovely stuff and my father is a bit of a amateur craftsman and has build some wonderful things from it. With this in mind we decided it would be nice to have the tub lined in marine style teak decking: Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge This is part way thru the process, these pictures where taken during an offering up moment. there is more to do to them yet. Click image to enlarge Here we can see further progress with the front end and the new door top capping's. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Finally we are thru the braking problems we have been experiencing, we have lost so much time on those. 2007 90 Puma - Love it - Best car I have ever owned. 1989 Ninety 200tdi - Love it - Second best car I have ever owned. 1951 80" Series 1 - Love it - Third best car I have ever owned. |
