In which case they are identical and differ only in the way the back is retained. The DCPU has a bent piece of plate bolted to the ends which attaches the back of each part of the bench to the rear capping. The CSW has a latch mechanism which allows the seat to fold down. Tge physical seat is the same though

 I have always been amazed that it wasn't until the advent of the TDCi that JLR started to fit head restraints to the second row seats. I find this extraordinary (but safety has never been a priority with the Defender). | ||
