I know it's a bit silly, maybe a mod too far for some, but I confess that I do like the improved sound.

They did it in the show kindig it. Where they did on the father and Son cars. a defender from 1984 pretending to be a puma with a touch of Range Rover

Having looked at the website I think it uses the same tech as Audi etc use on their cars to create different exhaust notes to pass EU sound regs. It is pricey though. Wonder what it would sound like if put on a straight through, stainless steel exhaust. Cheaper than a V8. Monsieur Le Grenadier
