That looks like a standard 30amp changeover relay. I don't think the 'H4458' is useful here, as it appears on both 4 and 5 pin relays.

Here is a picture of the diagram on the current relays, interestingly one is 4 pin and the other is 5 pin and only 4 of the pins are used.

Hi all, I’ve manage to get it sorted.
