Very nice!
Those wheels are tempting having found out that Boost alloys are made of holey cheese. Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion. |

Looks nice, I have the same wheels.
you'll need to update your list of vehicles too ... well done congrats don't forget to post a thread on waxoyl ... but in reality, do it yourself, there is not too much to clean and you know you will have done a good job. and get some additional security on it ... |

If you are looking for more jobs here's a couple more
- fit 12v socket in rear n/s speaker panel - fit some m&m seat covers - make a seat rail for drivers side - under front wheel arches, fabricate a panel to cover the hole in the arch that let's water and crud into the bulkhead - make a cover for the vin plate in windscreen - either make or buy a glovebox conversion fir passenger side - raise the cubby box That should keep you busy |

I was reading your comments about paint - do they really just spray paint over bare metal with undercoat or anything? Thats appauling!
Like you, I will have mine coated with waxoil or something when I get it, my local bloke is ready and waiting ha ha, he did his 300tdi 90 when it was new and it hasn't rusted yet. They must be mad not applying any corrosion proofing, even BL managed to do that on cars! ![]() 1973 Series III 1-Ton 1972 Series III 1-Ton Cherrypicker 1969 IIA 1-Ton 1966 IIA 88" |
