It varies depending on the value of the product, it's size, the service it is on, before 9, 24h, 48h,eventually if we can be bothered. It also depends on the sender. It is essentially a random experience, I have had a 2 pound plastic cup need a signature and then 500 pounds of suspension left by the back door. Oh and it doesn't matter what you specify at the time of ordering. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

That's before you get into deliveries left with a neighbour, taken back to the depot, left inside bins, placed at speed under a hedge or worse. Then there's the whole tried to access property etc excuses when someone was at home waiting on the delivery. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

If it goes to an office you will want to specify a delivery time as particularly at this time of year some of the couriers are working Saturday and Sunday and also up to 8pm. It does of course all depend on who the sender uses to dispatch their items. HR064 Hampshire and Berkshire 4x4 Response
