A few brands I rate rattling about in the kit:
Facom (hammers, 1/2" 1/8" socket sets, torque wrench)
Carolus/Gedore (3/4" sockets, torque wrench, gasket scraper, strap wrench...)
Hazet (flarenut tools, punches, lots of odds and sods)
Sidchrome (1/2" socket set)
Gearwrench (open end spanner and angly dangly ratchets, telescoping prybar)
Bahco (shifters, 1/8" sockets, files)
Kinchrome (torx set, vernier calipers)
Mitutoyo (DTI)
In terms of electrical:
Knipex (circlip pliers, drivers, wire cutters, multigrips)
Felo (drivers)
Weldmüller (wire strippers, crimping tools)
Hakko soldering iron (wish I had a Pace though)
Steinel PCB heat gun
Lots of stuff where they tend to just make one thing:
Thor Hammers
Bessy clamps
Vise-Grip Vice-grips
Power tools:
Dewalt angle grinder
Makita 18V drill, jigsaw
That's from memory, lot's more if I open up the machining drawers - I guess the stuff listed above is what has ended up under the vehicle at some stage.
I think the CIA used a lot of that stuff in their 'no we don't torture' toture sites.... Monsieur Le Grenadier
I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list.....

Brands look good
Might start up a shopping basket.
Reminded me to mention:
Fluke DMM
Bondhus hex keys (for the very very few on the Defender)
Lindstrom Tweezers/Snips
Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants...
