Eeshk that's a bad bearing. Thankfully pretty easy and cheap to replace. Replace the belt at the same time and check the tensioner pulley for wear or rough bearings and replace if necessary.
Mine went during my friends wedding whilst driving her to the church... Typical eh?!?!

at the moment i have replaced the pulley and have a belt and idler pully to replace as well apart from I cant get the fan off. I have the cranked spanner but cant lock the fan so need to get that 3 hole job

also i have used two 30mm x 6mm flat bar with 13mm hole x 2 in one end and 6mm hole x 2 other ends 13mm hole fit over bolt heads on pulley and 6mm bolt too hold the flat bar other end
