Why ruin great grub by plastering it in coloured gunk, red or brown...
Just a smidge of black pepper, freshly ground, on the eggs and voila, good to go...  Rog...

Not sure we continental Europeans know very well what those Lincolnshire sausages really are.
Suspect it falls in the same category as one of my home country's favorite junkfood jobbies... Currywurst special with onions and hot ketchup, or currywurst tout court, but always with french fries and a good Stella Artois... Another culinary masterpiece.
The good thing about Suisse Romande is that we don't find those things so easily here.

Neither, why ruin the taste of good food. Sauce is used to cover up bad tasting food. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to  us off.
