The one at £37995 sold pretty quick, don't know what it sold for though. Guess it went at that price, 5 ish grand over list seems more reasonable. Private sellers will struggle to achieve higher prices, trade can offer finance and px etc which helps.
If i had one to sell I'd be happy with a 4 grand profit for a quick sale. Unfortunately I don't have one 😩
