NOT an 'original' Heritage UK model then!

Worthless IMHO! Laughing YOLO... You Only Live Once...

And just for you Venomater I added Grasmere (almost) green carpeting to the back of mine. Must be worth an extra fiver!

Thats one of those "mirror looking in a mirror" situations.

"I've put carpet over my rubber mats to protect them but then I had to put a rubber mat on my carpet to protect it which means I had to put some carpet over them to protect them......................."

I foresee available headroom in the back being an issue!

Very smart, although it is probably more Forest Green than Grasmere, but I still approve its use... Thumbs Up

I was also going to comment along the same lines as @Barney12, but he beat me to it and in a little more style... Mr. Green

It also has Aircon & a radio. So not true UK spec? Nice steps though.

I think it Must be a "grey import".

That would explain how it has not been uk registered.

As well as the specification being non uk.

As we all know, OEM UK Heritages come with no radio or a/c.

Sidesteps look cool though! YOLO... You Only Live Once...

How can it be a "grey Import" when it is Grasmere Green? Agree with you though the steps look great.

Perhaps your comment was serious!

A "grey import" is a term use in the uk for non UK spec goods being sourced overseas and imported into the uk, then sold on a reduced prices. Very common with cameras and other electrical goods...

About 10 years ago, the U.K was rife with grey imported cars as the exact same cars sourced in the EU were thousands cheaper than UK supplied cars.

Colour did not matter!!! Cool YOLO... You Only Live Once...

The other way round too... when I first moved abroad for some time I purchased a Defender from the factory through an export specialist at over twelve grand less than LR's UK list. Some of that was VAT saving of course, but it just goes to show the REAL cost of manufacture - the dealer and LR still made a profit on the deal!
