It could have the 10p engine in, so you could be buying trouble, though i'd call them to see if it has had a later engine fitted....
I'd probably guess where this is built, it seems a lot of trouble to go to, to get forward facing seats.
I'd be thorough in looking at the history.
Looks good though, visually.

2001 Defender 90 Td5 CSW Epsom Green
I would imagine with over 150,000 miles it'll have had the cyl head done. That's what GREENIs on about. Early 10p engines had plastic dowels holding the head in place that could cause movement this cracking the cyl head! Causing diesel to leak into the sump and in worse case a runaway engine. 2001 Td5 CSW (weekend and snow mobile) Plenty of lights, M/T tyres EGR delete, roofrack, swing away wheel carrier, snorkel.

I had a 10P in my old D2, head gasket went at about 120K due to the plastic dowels (two weeks BEFORE I bought it which is why they wanted it gone). I ran it for 6 years and over 100K, selling it on at 230K earlier in the year and it's still going strong. Didn't use any oil, and in fact it seems a better lump than the 15P I've got now.

Had a chat with the guy, its the original engine, its not via the dealer but his own personal car (which is interesting).
The work was done by himself and various specialists for the respray etc, the rear tub was replaced to fit the later 08 tub in for the seat configuration.
Says its owes him 15k..
In two minds at the moment, as if its all been done right it will be a nice car, but i think i will need to budget for a engine overall at some point...
