By experience with my 90 Td5 with 35" Simexes, I have a feeling that none abs CV's are stronger then ABS CV's.
An ABS CV is the same as a None ABS CV but has ABS signal slots cut in the outer ring. My none ABS break the inner parts and the ABS CV break the out part. ![]() Click image to enlarge On the right 3 x a none ABS CV on the left on the plastic a new original LR ABS CV. (You might have to zoom in to see the difference). The ABS CV exploded very soon after this picture. ![]() 1984 90 2.5 na Diesel - RR V8 (1994-2001) 1997 Camel Trophy Discovery 300TDI (2001-2009) 2005 G4 Discovery III 4.4 V8 (2008-2018) It's gone but it still hurts. 2003 90 Td5 (2009-now) |
