Thought I would up-date this thread for those that are interested.

This is when she came back from the paint shop and got her standard bits and pieces bolted back on.

Thumbs Up

This is the water bladder that sits inside the tank, the rough position of the tank is outlined in red. The bladder was tailor made to suit the dims of the tank and the material the bladder is made from is Potable Water Approved.

Sonic Shocked he is the shorter one Rolling Eyes

The plastic 'hard' tanks are not available in the size or shape I required.
Above the wheel arch on a HiCap Pick up is not as wide as a standard arch in the little Defenders Whistle Confused So the tank was constructed using the available space and I made the bladder to suit. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

Sorry for mistake, we know that you're more talented!! Mr. Green Mr. Green

How the bladder works? has a breather or is sealed, compressing while going empty? Matteo

The bladder is fixed at the top using the eyelets 5 each side and it hangs inside the tank structure. The bladder is slightly larger than the tank structure.

Tha bladder has a 50mm Ø fill a 25mm Ø breather and a 25mm Ø outlet at the base. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

The bladders are made bespoke to peoples requirements. Do a sketch with your requirements along with the size of the connections you require and I will price it up for you Thumbs Up 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile
