Can you not use the plastic relay mounts that clip together and have a screw hole to fix to a folded metal strip
under drivers seat ive used the plastic ones and screwed to to metal plate in there |

I could, but I've a box of about 100 of the genuine Lucas Rists ones in a variety of attractive colours and I'd like to find a way to use them!
I can see that I may have either to admit defeat, or buy the individual tabs from the US where they seem to be readily available. |

any sheet metal place could make them , but cost for one off ???
