Yes the springs and shocks will fit.
Front shocks all the same throughout the years, rear shocks changed on td5 models to present day. Front springs should be nrc8044/8045 and dual rate 155/215 lb/in Rear springs on a sw should be rkb101111 dual rate 270/420 lb/in (purple/brown) Rear springs on a usw should be rkb500300 triple rate 269/315/406 lb/in (green/green/white) 1997 Ex-MOD 110, Pop Top Camper, build thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72352.html 2014 Discovery 4 SE Tech Instagram @the110camper |

Thanks for the reply. Triple rated springs mm. How would they compare to dual rated ones with them having differing rates?

The triple rate is to try to combat the harsh ride on a hardtop or usw when empty, but take weight when loaded.
The dual rates are for the sw as it weighs heavier unloaded because of the rear seats. As above. I have just returned to dual rated springs on my 110 CSW and am absolutely loving the improvement in comfort compared to the HD lifted springs I did have on her. Just one thing to note, if you have a winch and bumper on the front of your defender the dual rated springs are too soft and the first portion of the spring is used up (115lb). This does not adversely effect the handling but you may wish to used the upgraded standard HD springs... Give me a moment I will get you the code.

The land rover 110 hd front springs are NRC9448 drivers side and NRC9449 passenger side. Rated at 225 lb/in
I have these fitted on mine but have a lot heavier engine but no winch. The ride height is a bit higher than I would of liked but with the normal front springs on it hits the bump stops to regular! I have just took some genuine front springs off, they have done about 300 miles if anybody is after any. This is how the dual rated front springs cope with a winch bumper; [URL=]  Click image to enlarge[/URL] [URL=] Click image to enlarge[/URL] You can see the softer portion of the spring has been completely compressed and that is without a winch on the bumper. Hence the need to go for the uprated springs if you have a winch out front. I do indeed have a winch up front. At the mo the front does dip a little which I put down to a combo of winch and old springs 1999 Defender TD5 110
