"If I needed a second watch it would be a Sinn Flieger. Breitling? Well, matches a blinged-up, polished Defender with a squillion watt sound system I suppose. "

Cartier Roadster, bought in Dubai on a visit to see my sister in 2006, worth more now than when bought. Comes with a leather and a rubber strap as well as the bracelet and they just click on and off. Beautifully made. |

For anyone thinking that the sevice costs of Rolex are expensive, have a look at the skill needed to work on them...

Would love a Bremont MB-1, but they are only available to those that have ejected from a plane fitted with a Martin Baker ejector seat. Though the MB-2 is available to the public.

Sounds like mine Mine was left to me by father in law, it was just about all he had - a really good investment though as I believe he Bly paid 500 for it, quite a while ago now though. Shame he couldn't enjoy it himself a bit longer. Some nice kit on here. For the summer/beach time I still own a Citizen Aqualand from the 80s. Bought my first one in 1986 while tent-camping at Cannes/Cote d'Azure just after getting my drivers license. Found it in a surf shop and still love it. Had three of them, silver one, black/gold one and still have the one in silver/gold

Bought this in 2003 before I went off to invade a small country. Keeps perfect time, glows in the dark and it don't need winding up. I changed the front glass for a sapphire one to keep it scratch free. Cost me £80!
