Portugal 2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS DCPU Rimini Red
How do you manage to brake only one wheel like the ETC, as I understand, would do? Whistle Boldly going nowhere

Discovery 3 after a Defender 110 Crew Cab TD4 and a 1964 SIIA 88 Regular.

you cant brake only one as you know. but the force you apply stops the spining wheel spinning and in that split second you can get some power diverted to the wheel with drive. granted you cant do it to the same force as ETC but it can help in a cross axle situation. try a LRE level 2 course for the full demo/explanation etc. Cheers

It is an art. The first time I tried it in my new 50th anav disco. I got cross axled on a green land in deepest darkest Wales on my own Embarassed I broke the front diff Embarassed I was proper fooked then. 2 mile walk to a farm and the farmer towed me out with a Shogun Big Cry
