Tyre size
I have searched the forum and some of my questions have been asked. I know i what BFG Muds, but what size.
I currently run 245 75 16's on boost alloys and would like to stick to these rims, but would like to go wider and taller, the 245's dont fill the arches.

I run a 90 on standard suspension, should I go 265 or push onto 285.
Any pictures showing the differences would be appreciated.

Will be looking to get snow chains as well, so I guess it will also depend on snow chain size / availability. (what make should I be looking for?

Thanks

Pete

I use 265/75x16 on my 110 on a 7x16 Modular steel wheel, suits the old girl and alows me to use Pewag chains with no problems, 285/75x16 should be fitted to an 8J wheel rim, but lots fit them on 7J.

Thanks for this, are the Pewag chains the best / easiest to fit?
