IIRC Silblades come with a 5 year warranty. They do in the states anyway, and I rang Mud up once to ask if it was carried over, and I believe it was.

I opted for the cheapest aero blades on ebay (as jason says, around £7). Have used them for a number of years now and they are great, not to mention cheap. they typically last 18 months to 2 years. Far better than traditional style ones, even from Bosch and the likes

So over 5 years, silblades would cost £34, aeros would cost not much more than half that. And there's no real issue if one gets broken or anything.
