Was asked last night if i needed a tow by a JEEP driver lol
Well last night for about 4 hours flat I was towing cars up my hill due to 4 inches of snow fall and when I was parked up waiting for the next person to ask I was told by a guy in a jeep grand Cherokee if I needed a tow as I won't get up the hill on my own .................. I laughed and then said " I'm ok thanks as if that was the case I would rather push", then selected gear and drive up the hill with no problem to then stop and watch him fail .......... Now that's karma lol Rolling with laughter

Nope as he had a Attitude on him and thought his jeep was the best thing in the world, plus i wanted him to be stuck so when i drove up again towing a car it would rub it in even more but he went back down and went Rolling with laughter

oooh that made me chuckle this morning. I'm having Shogun's and Pajero's waving at me at the moment as due to the snow.....we are now all driving the best 4X4's..... Thud NO! Get your own wave with your own Japanese passion wagons. ===================================

we had the same here, about 12" where we are. went out to jump start a vehicle and then ended up spending 3hrs winching and towing vehicles out of ditches and up hills. We had a lady going into labour and am ambulance going now where so something had to be done.

Whilst giving some guys a lift, who like another 30odd had abandoned their vehicle, i did spot some blue flashing lights in a field opposite the house. Dropped the guys off and came back to find the police had parked up their freelander in quite possibly the wettest field within a sq mile whilst looking for an HLS!!! it was upto the front axle!

the annoying bit was the driver was very apologetic, his 'codriver' though wasnt even interested in helping to get the vehicle out!

what was generally nice was people were thankful for the help, which i guess being stuck there for 4 hours would be expected! Cheers

i was a member of a 4x4 Response but then they decided they wanted to bill us to be members. i was happy to give my time and be called out and supply a vehicle but i didn't fancy the privileged of paying for that honour so i left. Cheers
