do you plan to remove the bulkhead in the 90 ? Is that modification possible and beneficial for a new 90 puma ?

Thats what ive used all over mine and its worked very well, i used 2 layers in the back and its made a massive difference, maybe not as good as the proper stuff but its a lot cheaper. The best and cheapest place i found for it is screwfix.

not wanting to go off at a tangent too much but although the tie downs aren't sealed are they likely to let in nearly as much water as the surround that goes round / is the recess for the fuel filler.

noticed my mine got a soaking inside yesterday as a result.

.....by the way looking great and I'm wondering where I stand with asking LR to compensate me and doing a 'swap' for a Xtech.

Bought my Dynamat Extreme pack from company on ebay in oxfordshire. had two packs and a few rolls of ali tape to seal the edges. Dynamat isn't bitumen based so you don't get a horrible smell of tar on hot days !

Put Dynamat on sides and then some camping mat from 'Go outdoors', sprayed some green matting with black spray paint. Perfect ! I have re-used the original style window surround trims. These still have some movement in them and I doubled up the thickness of camping mat towards the rear. I have also sprayed the trims as well.

In what way would he be proud Confused , i haven't finished off the top and rear edges yet, plus it will have half round stainless rubbing strips and a "T" shaped alloy chest that follows the bulkhead contours. Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

FYI - I used SIKAFLEX 221 - been in about a year now, works very well... Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)
