What year is your xs? Late td5 (06my on I think) is slightly different to earlier xs trim.
I used a complete Exmoor back on mine, matched fine |

You sure? Mine was the seat back as a repair section - no tag.
I know their complete seats do though |

sorry to hijack the thread, but happened to me yesterday...I was fitting the radio and leaned to the back seat to get a tool and it happened this.... ![]() Click image to enlarge can't this be fixed? Is the only option to re-trim the seat? ![]() Joao '10 Land Rover Defender 110 CC '08 BMW F800GS '64 SIIA Forward Control '69 SIIA 109 ZA CKD _____________________________________________ You have the right to remain silent. Same thing happened to mine. The foam is not as well made as it could be. I had a new seat fitted under warranty but I expect the new one to go the same before too long. John

Mine went like that as well, got a replacement foam from Exmoor Trim and refitted the cover.
I had the same concerns with the heater pad but managed to re-attach it with spray glue. |

Best repair is to replace the entire foam. Real world - I did exactly the same once, and managed to remove the cover, pull the foam back to where it was supposed to be, and sprayed a bit of contact adhesive in the tear. Still going strong now. |

I've managed to bring it back to place, but it goes flat again... How can I remove the cover and try to fix it? There's a plastic zip on the bottom but can't see a way to unzip it without damaging it... ![]() Joao '10 Land Rover Defender 110 CC '08 BMW F800GS '64 SIIA Forward Control '69 SIIA 109 ZA CKD _____________________________________________ You have the right to remain silent. The 'zip' is just two interlocking pieces of plastic, they should pull apart with the right persuasion - not easy with todays temperatures.

OP is in Portugal... Don't think he'll have the temperature issues we've got...

Ok...I thought that you had to slide them apart...I'll try the "pull" version! Will it be easy to refit then? btw, It's not hot here...It's 9C Regards Joao '10 Land Rover Defender 110 CC '08 BMW F800GS '64 SIIA Forward Control '69 SIIA 109 ZA CKD _____________________________________________ You have the right to remain silent.
