Intermittent Wiper Mod
I had modified the front wipers some time ago by replacing the relay with the VW 99 relay to good effect.
Then I followed Dgardel's instructions to fit the old front relay to make the rear wiper intermittent. Which works well.
I'm not an electronics expert, but If I replaced the modified rear relay with another VW 99 relay would I now have variable intermittent rear wiper or is extra wiring required? Thumbs Up LANDYWATCH

Thanks Dave-H. I've seen that post. A bit too "electronic" for me. I was referring to this post/mod by Dgardel

If you get fixed intermittent wiping by substituting the original Front wiper relay for the Rear relay + the wiring modification. What happens if you use another VW 99 relay??
Do you then get variable timed intermittent rear wiping?? Thumbs Up LANDYWATCH

So if someone can correct me if I am wrong.
Just doing Dgardels mod in the above link but using a VW 99 relay you get variable intermittent wipe. Using Barney Rubbles rewiring mode using the VW 99 gives you variable wipe + screen wash as well????? Bow down LANDYWATCH
